Upcoming Fourth of July holiday brings back memories of the 1936 Remsen fire

Mosquito fogging is rescheduled to the evening of Thursday, June 30th instead of Sunday, July 3rd. Have a happy and safe Fourth of July weekend!

A reminder they will begin spraying for mosquitoes this Sunday evening (and every Sunday through September 4 – weather permitting). If there are any concerns contact the City Council or Mayor Fisch, NOT the sprayer!
